After a very tiring week of commuting to London and resisting a deadly disease (I'm sure it was a deadly disease, i just recovered), the only thing I needed more than salt was a nice sleeping weekend. No plans, no rush, just sleeping. I know exactly where to go for that. Oxford. Indiana Jones is always up for a nice lazy weekend, and this time, it wasn't different. One night, we slept 13 hours! Wonderful...
But, we made also something else, we visited the (according to Google, I don't really remember the name) University Church of St. Mary the Virgin and it's tower which after climbing 127 steps offer a wonderful view over the city.
Oxford is a beautiful city, what I appreciate the most are not the old college buildings, but the nature. There are many wonderful places, where you can go for a walk, charming river to practice (or watch the others) rowing, and a park where you can meet real deer!
Presne po tomto moje srdce túžilo, dík Indiana, máš to u mňa!
This is exactly what I needed. Thanks Indiana, God bless you!
