Arundel

Bolo nebolo, krásny slnečný víkend v Anglicku. Ani minútu sme neváhali a vyrazili do blízkeho Arundelu. Na hrad samozrejme!

Once upon a time, there was a sunny weekend in England. We didn't hesitate a minute and went for a trip to Arundel. To see the castle of course!

Kúpili sme si lístky za 8£, takže sme nemali prístup do vnútornźch expozícii (spální), ale len do záhrad(The Collector Earl's Garden ), parku a kaplnky. Ale 17£ mi prišlo trochu veľa, či?

We bought tickets for 8£, that means that we didn't have access to the inside castle exhibition (bedrooms), only to the gardens (The Collector Earl's Garden), parks and the chapel. I mean, 17£ is kind of too much, isn't it?

Musím povedať, že som bola veľmi príjemne prekvapená a očarená, hlavne hradnou záhradou a skleníkom. Riadne sme si to užili, ani nám nechýbalo, že sme nemohli ísť dovnútra.

I must say, it was enough. I was really amazed, especially by the castle garden and glasshouse. We had a great time, I didn't even mind not going inside the castle.
